Surrounded by the characteristic and arid Mediterranean nature of the Maresme, this farmhouse built in the 20th century was the result of a renovation designed with one aim in mind: re-imagine its foundations while maintaining a chromatic, textual and architectural symphony with the nature that surrounds the farmhouse.
One element is the key component in the conception of this project: the uniformity during the transition from dense urban areas to less dense urban areas. Overlooking the sea, the "La Indiana" Housing Development was designed with balance and serenity in mind, creating a harmony between the symmetry of the apartments and nature.
The main elements used in this project for the amplification of a single-family house and a pergola in the garden are metal and wood. The green and vivid nature that surrounds the house in this exceptional location is the unifying element of the entire house reform.
