In the old center of Salt, where an important textile factory was located, it was proposed to urbanize the space occupied by the industrial buildings, a surface area of more than 60,000m2, with housing.

After a thorough study of connectivity, two solutions were proposed: on the one hand, the preservation of the environment and, on the other hand, the correlation of public and private green. The preservation of an existing Rec and the environmental conditions were carefully studied.
