The house has been designed and developed throughout to achieve on one floor the housing program, with the exception of a multiple space that is hidden below and the garage that is at the level of the main street.

 

In the center of the design the light cuts through: we find an open patio to admire the landscape, embracing the light from the west that enters in the afternoon and floods the center of the house, where the hall with the small living room, the study, the hallway and the laundry room have been located. The large living/dining room is open to the views of the distant sea.

 

The white Mediterranean roof reflects the sun and it’s flat, but not accessible for walking. The pool is part of the balcony and it is located facing the sea; resembling a low lever flight, the entire southwest façade -a little further to the east- allows to enjoy the infinity of the horizon. At the end, a large terrace with a porch escort the magnificent distant views, giving continuity to the roof top slop.
