Urban Planning, Partial Plan.

This urban planning project consists of the management of 2 hectares for 12 single-family homes and three blocks of protected homes.

The blocks are located on the lower level, aligning with other existing buildings of a similar volume, and the single-family homes are divided from the rest by a large green area that runs parallel to the central street.

The houses are designed towards the mountain, thus in favor of nature. Both projects, the blocks and the single-family homes, have good orientation and views.
