House rehabilitation.

A rehabilitation of a house located in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. The 80-year-old building, not cataloged, has a rectangular shape with a gabled roof and 4 floors tower attached. It has an area of 400 m2 built on a 618.22 m2 parcel and a closed parcel of 477 m2.

The proposal consists of rehabilitating the building  completely preserving the brick load-bearing walls and their exterior volume, including the lineation of the roof. This design allows to enjoy the space while maintaining the interior highs in a rational and fluid spatial distribution.
