Urban Improvement Plan for La Cornisa Housing Development.

Before the POUM’s approval of San Andres de Llavaneres, an attempt was made to make La Cornisa Housing Development (277ha) more feasible to re-urbanize it, trying to densify the few building plots through groupings of houses without altering the environment.

The approval of the POUM, without practically taking into account our proposal, has condemned the once best housing development of the Maresme to a “dead end” with very few or very difficult possibilities for a development.

Streets without sewers nor lighting and in a terrible condition, non passable, coexist with a few important homes from the 70s-80s whose owners have now no possibility of redeveloping the 20,000m2 of streets with dozens of lots declassified.
