Rehabilitation of Salvador Espriu's Gardens, Barcelona.

In this extensive space we proposed to link it with the Pla de Salmerón that we also designed since it is the beginning of Gran de Gracia and the "door" to the Gracia neighborhood.

The project contemplated the adaptation of the final space of the gardens with the creation of two linear benches, a total renovation of the pavement and a space for a project made by children from the schools of Gracia neighborhood. 

The project was half done, a magnificent perspective of access to the neighborhood was achieved. The bidder was Gracia District and the initial cost was 22,220,274 pts. (133,875 €) for the first phase. This space has an approximate area of 10,000 m2.
