Ground floor house, ground floor study.

 

This housing proposal has been designed aligning the floor plan with the views, outlining a magnificent porch that runs along the entire southern façade and adjusts as much as possible to the northern edge of the neighbor, freeing the front front space of the porch. The pool has been located in the southern quadrant, in front of the main bedroom.

 

The “L” shape, adapted to the orientation and the daylight, configures the following living spaces around the garden: the living room / dining room, the kitchen and the bedrooms and the study; the rest - the garage, the hall, the laundry room, the corridor of the night area and the facilities room - are oriented to the north and northwest. The hall is the unifying element of all the spaces, it distributes the kitchen, the garage and the living / dining room. The studio is located on the ground floor connected by a staircase between the hallways and the living / dining room.

 

The street view frontal and the northwest frontal facing the neighboring house are more opaque, the rest has wide openings to let light into the house. The roof is flat, except for the study volume that has a slight inclination.
